Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Kaufmannshof, I found a refreshing blend of tranquility and convenience. Set in the heart of Rügen, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the island without the need for a car, with supermarkets and restaurants just a stroll away. Each morning, I enjoyed a well-prepared breakfast that sustained my daily explorations. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after days filled with activities like canoeing and hiking. The hotel's spa services, particularly the sauna and massages, offered a perfect opportunity for relaxation. I appreciated the multilingual staff who were helpful in ensuring a smooth experience. With beach access and a charming restaurant serving hearty German cuisine, Kaufmannshof presents a serene option for anyone seeking both rest and a taste of local culture. It serves as a solid choice who appreciate a balance of nature and comfort.
